Romantic Boho Loft

The Mission

A young single woman is moving into her first "real" apartment. Her goal was to have a warm and cozy place to feel relaxed but with all the comfort of a multifunctional living room. Space and Airy feeling was a must for her, but at the same time, she wanted several working stations and sitting areas for fun evenings with her friends.

The Solution

Moving from a shared apartment to your own space is a massive upgrade of its own, but now it's time to make it suitable for your needs and taste. I build up a space that would stay as open as possible, chose low furniture that so did not block the eyesight, and added a built-in bar table where we already had a half wall dividing the room. The chosen furniture was all thought to be multifunctional Coffee tables become futons for extra guests. The carpet is a soft and easily washed material that also allows you to work out on it. The small dining area is hidden in the half-wall that divides the space with the kitchen. The client has a very Girly/feminine taste but t the same time wanted the living room to look polished and mature. The perfect compromise between these two aspects was the terracotta hand-painted patterns on the wall, adding an extra wow effect to the space.
