Modern elegance

This project's goal was very clear: to transform an old, dark, and outdated apartment into an elegant but affordable space. This is a ground floor apartment, and it was essential to add some light to the living room. The mission was to make it the perfect living room to host friends, watch TV, and find a more functional space for a small dining area.

The solution was starting from the base. We painted the entire place white and then added a vibrant pop of color with the paneling half wall. This was already a massive upgrade to the space. The second step was to make the windows look bigger. The trick is to add curtains all the way from the ceiling giving it a taller appearance. The rest of the project was based on maximizing her space. We achieved the goal by adding a BIG couch that can be assembled in different shapes, a bright and fancy coffee table, and decoration to maintain the same feeling. The kitchen also needed some major renovation, but to keep the project within the budget, instead of replacing it, we painted the countertop. We covered all the drawers in a new color, giving it a more modern look. The last step was to move the build-in table on top of a half wall dividing the space, and there you go. The whole place looked twice as big.
